एक शिक्षक ऐसा कि आज भी गाँववाले ....(A teacher is such that even today the villagers ....)

    अपने जीवन मे शिक्षक का बडा महत्व होता है । शिक्षक एक माली के समान विद्यार्थी रुपी पौधे को पोषित करता है। उन्हें एक बेहतर मनुष्य बनाता है। 

    शिक्षक या गुरु उस कुम्हार के समान होता है,  जो मिट्टी के बर्तन बनाते समय उसे एक हाथ से संभालता है और दुसरे हाथ से आकार  देता है ।  उसी प्रकार शिक्षक भी शिक्षा से हमें आकार देते है। शिक्षक के बिना बेहतर समाज की कल्पना भी नहीं की जा सकती। 

     सभी शिक्षक अपने तरीके  से महान है । लगभग हर व्यक्ति के जीवन में एक शिक्षक होता है जो अपने जीवन को एक नया लक्ष्य देता है। ऐसे ही एक शिक्षक हैं रमेशभाई पंड्या । 15 साल हमारे गाँव में रहे। उसका स्वभाव सरल और मिलनसार था। जिसने बच्चों के  साथ गाँववाले का दिल जीत लिया। गाँव मे वह सबका प्रेरणादायी थे ।

    गाँव की कोई भी समस्या को सुलझाते थे । गाँववाले मास्तर कहते थे । स्कूल मे बच्चों को अलग अलग विषय का ज्ञान देते थे। प्रार्थना के समय वे हमें प्रेरणा देने वाले महानुभाव के  वचन सनाते थे।  कभी विद्यार्थीयों में भेदभाव नही करते थे ।

    गाँव मे किसी के झगड़े  सुलझाना, किसी गंभीर बीमारी के लिए लोगों को सलाह देना और जरूरत पड़ने पर अस्पताल ले जाते थे। गरीबो को सहारा देते  थे।

    जब 15 साल बाद विदाई का समय आया, तो पुरा गाँव उनकी विदाई में उपस्थित था। उनके जुलूस में छात्रों के साथ साथ गाँव के बुजुर्ग, पुरुष और महिलाएँ शामिल थे। छत्र रो रहे थे  तो वहीं माता-पिता भी रो रहे थे। उनके पास कोई शब्द नहीं था।  

    आज भी गाँव में वे आते हैं तो लोगों मिलने के लिए लाइने लगात है।

    Teacher has great importance in our life. The teacher nurtures the student rupee plant like a gardener. Makes him a better man.

    The teacher or guru is like the potter who, when making an earthen pot, handles it with one hand and gives it shape with the other hand. Similarly, teachers also shape us through education. A better society cannot be imagined without a teacher.

    All teachers are great in their own way. Almost every person has a teacher in his life who gives his life a new goal. One such teacher is Rameshbhai Pandya. Stayed in our village for 15 years. His nature was simple and sociable. Which won the heart of the villager with the children. He was an inspiration to everyone in the village.

    Used to solve any problem of the village. The villagers used to say Mastar. In school, children were given knowledge of different subjects. At the time of prayer, he used to listen to the words of the great man who inspired us. Never used to discriminate among students.

    In the village, people used to settle disputes, advise people for any serious illness and take them to the hospital if needed. Used to support the poor.

    When the time of farewell came 15 years later, Pura village was present in his farewell. Their procession included the elders, men and women of the village along with the students.  The student was crying then the parents were also crying. He had no words.

     Even today, when they come to the village, people line up to meet.
